Single Pane of Glass (SPG) is the internal system Windsong Communications Inc. uses to monitor its video feeds and network equipment around the clock. When something needs attention, SPG alerts our staff by email and text message.
SPG text alerts
SPG text alerts are for Windsong Communications Inc. staff only. They are system status notifications: video feed drops, network equipment going offline, outbound connection drops, feed quality problems, and all-clear messages when an issue recovers. Every alert starts with "SPG by Windsong:". We never send marketing messages.
Staff sign up inside SPG when they add their own mobile number to their contact profile, by ticking a consent box that is never pre-checked. SPG then sends a text confirming they are enrolled. No number is texted without recorded consent.
- Message frequency varies: typically a few messages per month, up to 50 during a service outage.
