SPG Acceptable Use Policy

Who this applies to
Everyone who signs in to Single Pane of Glass (SPG) or receives its alerts. SPG is for authorized Windsong Communications Inc. staff only.
You may
- Use SPG to monitor, operate and troubleshoot Windsong Communications Inc. services.
- Act on and acknowledge the alerts SPG sends you.
You must not
- Share your sign-in, or let anyone else use SPG under your account.
- Forward alerts, stream details or client information outside the company unless your work needs it.
- Enter anyone else's phone number, or sign anyone up for text alerts without their consent.
- Try to get around SPG's security, or reach parts of it you are not authorized to use.
- Use SPG to disrupt streams, networks or services, ours or anyone else's.
Monitoring and enforcement
SPG records sign-ins and changes to keep the system secure. We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks this policy.
