SPG Privacy Policy

Who we are

Single Pane of Glass (SPG) is the internal monitoring system of Windsong Communications Inc., 104 Woodmont Dr, Montgomery, TX 77356 ("we", "us"). This policy covers SPG and the email and text alerts it sends to our staff.

What we collect

• Your name, work email address and mobile number, entered by you in SPG.
• Your alert preferences, such as which alerts reach you and by which channel.
• Your text alert consent: when you agreed, the wording you agreed to, who submitted it and the IP address it came from. We also record when you opt out or back in.
• Delivery records for each alert: when it was sent and whether it was delivered.
• SPG sign-in and activity records, used to keep the system secure.

How we use it

• To send you the SPG system status alerts you signed up for.
• To record your consent and honor opt-outs.
• To troubleshoot alert delivery.
• To protect SPG and our network from misuse.

We do not use this information for advertising or marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share only what is needed to deliver alerts with the service providers that deliver them: Twilio for text messages and SendGrid for email. They may use it only to deliver our messages. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while you are enrolled in SPG alerts. When you leave the company or remove your number, we remove it from SPG's alert contacts. We keep consent and opt-out records as long as needed to show that alerts were sent with your consent.

Security

SPG is available only to authorized Windsong Communications Inc. staff, and its connections are encrypted. Access to contact and consent records is limited to the staff who run SPG.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any SPG text to stop text alerts, or HELP for help.
• Change or remove your number on your contact profile in SPG.
• Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
